The Bannockburn Center at College Park is a four-story, 270,000 sqft (25,000 m²) corporate center. The floor-to-floor height is 12'' 6" (3.90 m) with a 10'' x 10'' x 15'' (3.05 x 3.05 x 4.57 m) capital around each column.
This new multilevel bank building is characterized by open spaces extending three stories. The upper floors‘ structure consists of circular columns and flat slabs open to the outside.
Famous buildings, like the Fürstenhof and Esplanade Hotels, once well known historical meeting locations, made the Potsdamer Platz renown as a place of renewal and change.��
