In the seaharbour of Den Helder, The Netherlands, is beiing build on a big "Mud plant". This means that drill fluid coming from the oil platforms on the sea will be stored and filtered here in the nearby future. There will also be a storage for drinking water.
This yard will become the most modern docking harbour for suppliers in the offshore branche. This plant has to be build very quickly, almost in an impossible period, to get the yard working in time.
The plant will become a big box of 37,2 x 36,2 meters. The walls of 70 cm thick and 7 meters high are poored in one time. That meant a use of ca. 2100 m² Trio formwork and 750 m³ concrete. Due to hard work and a very fast TRIO formwork system the contractor manages to build the walls in just a few weeks time.
