Adaptable, Easy to Assemble and High Load Capacity
PERI UP Rosett Falsework for Bridge Construction
This single-span bridge, near the town of Graben-Neudorf, was built to carry a country road over the B 35 Bruchsaal-Germersheim highway.
After completion of the two sets of piers, support scaffold was required to allow costeffective construction of the T-beam superstructure cross-section. The contractors decided in favour of PERI UP Rosett.
The formwork bottom, placed on head spindles and GT 24 lattice girders, followed the T-beam geometry exactly. Through the 50 cm increments of the Rosett verticals, together with carefully planned use of ledgers and diagonals, an optimal statical utilisation of the falsework was achieved and the amount of materials actually used was that which was really only needed.
