Wall Surfaces with TRIO Housing For Housing Projects
For the construction of a retirement and nursing home, the architect required high grade fair-faced concrete surfaces. The contractors decided in favour of TRIO Housing formwork which needs only one tie position for an up to 3.00 m concreting height.
With TRIO Housing elements, the plywood formlining is screwed on from the back which results in immaculate concrete surface finishes without any unsightly markings from screws or nails.
The up to 5.40 m long TRIO Housing elements have an integrated tie system which, at a height of 1.00 m above the ground, is designed for easy use from one side.
All work carried out, inclusive attaching the elements for moving from cycle to cycle, is done whilst standing on the ground.
Completely assembled concreting platforms, attached to all internal elements, have to be folded out and bolted only once on the construction site. The standard practice of assembly and dismantling of concreting platforms before and after every use is no longer necessary.
