75% saving of time for the erection of shaft formwork: 1.30 x 1.30 m TRIO TSE 330 shaft panel
During the reconstruction of a residence hall, an elevator shaft with a clear opening of 2.20 x 2.88 m had to be built. For the first time, the site crew successfully applied the new shaft panel for a total of five cycles with concreting heights of 2.75 to 4.15 m.
The inner TRIO panels remain in place for all subsequent cycles. As of the second climbing cycle, the inner formwork unit is placed on a shaft platform.
This platform is based on folding bearing plates fixed to the respective wall section below.
The final concreting height of 4.15 m was performed with TRIO (TR 120 x 72) extension panels.
